                                                         Online Buying Only Product Return Policy

This policy provides sellers with the opportunity to exchange replace or refund you. The returns policy may differ for different products. The general returns policy shall not apply to all products. Please refer to the item's respective return/replacement policies on the product page for any exceptions to the returns policy.

Disclaimer: Cyanmart.com sellers list most items that can be returned within the return window. Only those items that are not returnable are excluded.

General Returns Policy 

1. If you receive the products in an unacceptable condition, such as missing parts, damaged or defective, or if they are not what you ordered on Cyanmart.com, the return policy applies.
2. We may be able to arrange a technician visit at your location if you report a problem with your smartphone, tablet, laptop, refrigerator, washer machine, microwave, or air conditioner. You can schedule this visit by placing a Cyanmart.com Home Services order. A resolution will be provided, subject to Cyanmart.com Home Services Terms & Conditions.
3. Only if:
   • It is confirmed that the product was uninjured while in your possession.
   • The product you receive is the same as what you received.
   • You must ensure that any electronic device that contains personal information is returned to you. Cyanmart is not responsible for the misuse or unauthorized use of this information.

       4.  Some products may not be returnable, such as in the case of the buyer's regret.

       5.  It is impossible to return products marked "non-returnable" on the product detail pages.

       6.  Except as noted in the category-specific policy, no additional information is required to return an 

             eligibl order.

       7.  If the same product is in stock, products may be eligible to be replaced.

       8.  A full refund will be issued if you place a replacement request and the seller doesn't have the exact 

             product in stock.

       9.  International customers cannot return products they have purchased. International customers can request 

             a refund for orders they have placed.

Please Note: If you receive a product that is non-returnable in a damaged or defective condition, please get in touch with us within ten business days of delivery.
